This is one of my favorites…I recently read that Thankfulness helps elliminate the internal critic and external complainer….I want a Thankful heart. To that end I bought a journal (T.J. Maxx 3.99) and write in it every morning about the things I am thankful for…..by the way..I thank God every time I think of you! You have blessed my life. thank you.
